Repair Estimates
We will always perform an estimate on your photographic equipment before proceeding with any repairs, giving you right of refusal. All photographic equipment (incl. cameras, lenses, binoculars, etc) as well as vidoe cameras will be subject to a $20.00 handling/estimate refusal charge. We do not offer free estimates.
Computech Camera performs repairs on-site, where we maintain an extensive inventory of new and used camera parts. We retain the right to re-estimate a repair quote if physical inspection differs from our virtual assessment. However we will not proceed until such a re-estimate is approved.
Shipping Info
When mailing equipment to us remember to attach a note describing the problem(s) you are experiencing, along with your full name, phone number, email address and return address. The shipper will be responsible for shipping costs and delivery insurance. We will not be responsible for losses or damage incurred during transit to and from Computech Camera Repair.
